Biography
John was born in 1787. He was the son of John von der Heyde and Elizabeth Whitely.
John married Charlotte Ann Toplis in 1817 in Kent, England. [1] John and Charlotte at a minimum had:
- Charlotte Ann christened 17 Jul 1818
- John James 26 Oct 1820
- John James 19 May 1822
- Georgina christened 19 May 1824
- Catherine Elizabeth christened 26 Jun 1826
- Louisianna christened 13 Jul 1829
- Gustavus christened 10 Dec 1833
- Leopold christened 7 Sep 1837
John passed away in 1852.
